01 General Terms & Conditions
U365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between u365 and its members.
These Terms and Conditions apply under Bangladesh Standard Time and may be updated by u365 at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Register
To open a valid account on u365, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
- Each individual may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
- Accounts may not be opened under another person's name or a false identity.
Warning: Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and any accumulated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

03 Age Verification & KYC
U365 conducts age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to ensure responsible gaming. Completing KYC is mandatory before making any withdrawals.
- National Identity Card (NID) — Clear photos of both the front and back.
- Selfie — A clear photo taken while holding your NID.
- Proof of Address — A utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).
- Payment Method Verification — Your Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket number must match the registered account name.
Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. u365 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
The transaction rules for u365 are outlined below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT); crypto payments including USDT are also accepted.
- Minimum deposit: BDT 200 | Maximum single deposit: BDT 1,00,000.
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 | Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Deposited funds may be withdrawn after being wagered at least once.
Processing Time: Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket: typically 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer: 1–2 business days. USDT: 30–60 minutes.
U365 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions and request additional verification. Relevant authorities will be notified if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
U365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.
- Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit. Withdrawals are not permitted until the turnover requirement is met.
- Turnover Requirement: Bonuses generally require a 10–25x turnover, which may vary by offer.
- Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses across multiple accounts, through risk-free betting, or via any other exploitative strategy is prohibited.
- Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

06 Betting Rules
The following betting rules apply to all members on u365:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets must be placed before the event begins; this does not apply to live betting.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
- The maximum bet amount per event is set and displayed on a per-event basis.
- If match fixing or fraudulent betting is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
- U365 reserves the right to void bets or impose limits in cases of unusual betting patterns.
For casino games, results determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final. The outcome recorded in the system log is considered the authoritative result.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u365 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
- Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Unauthorized access to or hacking of the platform's software or systems.
- Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gameplay.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassment or fraud against other members.
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
08 Account Suspension and Termination
U365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- KYC verification failure or submission of false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe.
- Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. The opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided before the account is closed.
09 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming
U365 believes gaming is entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all members to maintain healthy gaming habits.
- You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
- Reality Check: Receive reminders after a set period of play.

11 Dispute Resolution

- Deadline for filing a complaint: within 30 days of the incident.
- In disputes regarding game results, the server log is the definitive evidence.
- If a financial dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the licensing authority.
All decisions made by u365 are reached after reviewing all available evidence and are considered final.
12 Right to Modify Terms
U365 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
